HND Hospitality Management

This level 5 HND in Hospitality Management provides a work-related programme of study that covers the key knowledge, understanding, and critical thinking skills required to work and progress in your career in the hospitality industry. Due to the wide variety of modules included in this programme, there may be different teaching and assessment approaches adopted that are appropriate for a particular module. At the start of each module, tutors will provide a scheme of work that details the module teaching structure, and the learning and teaching approaches to be adopted. At the same time an assignment brief will be provided to the students to detail the activities, assessment methods, deadlines, and textbook support.
